St Ninians hosted Christmas Eve carols and a picnic, gathering at 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start on Sunday, 24 December
The Christmas Eve service for 2023 was a BYO picnic under the veranda and on the grass. We had an exciting and interactive program including carols and solos, organised for the evening with our theme of ‘The Colours of Christmas’.
In keeping with Christ’s call it’s better to give than to receive, we had a collection which will be given to City Uniting Church’s Early Morning Breakfast program.
As has been a long-held tradition at St Ninian’s Uniting Church the evening concluded with the cutting of Fruit Cake, serving Lemonade and this year the addition of an ice-cream and Christmas chocolate.
Thanks to all who came shared in the Goodness and love Christ’s birth gave to us all.
